I stayed for four nights and had evening meal only twice . First time I had the double burger which was not home made . Second meal Crispy pork belly-undercooked and rubbery. Soup of the day was the same each day !!! Tomato. I did not have the confidence to dine at the hotel for the remainder of my stay. In fairness to hotel management they addressed and took on board the feedback at the time. I was ensured these issues were to be progressed . All staff were very pleasant and did there best to assist , but were let down by the quality of the food served.

Spa day Had a spa day here with my mum and wow what can I say I left feeling like a new woman! I told chloe how I’d been suffering lately with neck and back pain and she knew exactly what to do with the right amount of pressure would absolutleh recommend and will deffo be back, friendly bubbly person and great masseuse! All staff were also great but chloe really stuck out to me! X

Estive no hotel 1 noite. O check in muito demorado. Não informaram que acesso aos quartos é pelas escadas. Sem elevador. Venderam afternoon tea no restaurabte do hotel como igual ao na nova sala restaurante. Muito diferente... deviam ter esse conhecimento ba receção diferenças. O primeiro impacto do hotel, foram os cigarros no chão. Ficou esta sujidade à entrada do hotel o tempo todo, durante a minha estada. Nao gostei, não recomendo.

Excelente hotel, e numa localização privilegiada. Cercado por jardins que descansam a nossa mente, fica a menos de 2 Km do centro de Sheffield e muito próximo ao Ponds Forge Sports Centre. Ótima opção.
