Dear Mr K., We apologise for the confusion regarding your room category during your recent stay with us. We understand your disappointment and regret that our communication on this matter was not clear. We would like to clarify that the upgrade you received was a complimentary offer from us to enhance your experience with us. However, we sincerely regret any misunderstanding that may have led to incorrect billing at the end of your stay. Furthermore, I am at a loss to explain how this could have happened given that you have a negotiated rate... We appreciate your comments and take this matter very seriously.
