Excellent value for money and very friendly personnel

15 minutes walk to the city center but it is "manageable" and you know that when booking. Very welcoming personnel. A minor incident at check-in =not calculating the already prepaid amount with points was sorted out quickly by the experienced and smiley supervisor. Safe underground garage for 10 EUR. Small but cosy bar area and recognition of status with a nice welcoming local beer. Superb sleep comfort with comfy mattress. Excellent breakfast in terms of quantity and varieties ... and again kind personnel making you feeling welcome. The only negative I can find is that the sign for entrance to the hotel garage is on the bottom of a board covered by plants and I missed it ...so I had to circle the building block over the bridge twice. All in all an excellent stay at a beautiful picturesque city.

I am normally very happy with ACCOR hotels, but at this time many problems happened. 1. As my wife would work from the room in the second day, I asked for a late check-in. It was not possible, but it is acceptable. 3. Elevator did not work during my stay for 2 days. 4. After receiving my keys and going to the room with my luggage using the stairs, the keys did not open the door. I needed to come back to the reception to recode them. Another gast was already in hall complaining the his door also does not open. 5. It was a hot day and although the bed was confortable the air-conditioning did not work. I set it to 5 degrees but only a hot air was going out of it. It resulted in very bad sleep night. At 2AM I opened the window even the sign said it should not be opened. 6. As late check-in was not possible, my wife went to waiting area with tables near to the reception. Exactly when the meeting call started, the vacuum clear was turned on directly next to her.

Although we regret that you did not have a better experience with us, your review helps us to learn and improve. As you have already correctly complained, there were several technical restrictions in our house during your stay - which have now been remedied. We take the criticism mentioned to heart and can only politely apologize for the points of criticism raised - of course this does not correspond to our quality standards in the area of guest-comfort and we will increasingly refer the relevant authorities to compliance with these. The people at the reception were incredibly nice. The rooms were good — a bit small for two but alright for the price.
