Friendly staff and the food was great but I can’t get over the dirty room. There were Pringles on the floor, dirty, dust and even a used glass under the bed! Such a shame because it was the last day of our holiday. I informed reception upon check out and they were very apologetic and said they’d inform the cleaning staff, hopefully it was a one off!

We booked the package "Park Sleep Fly" - which is a safe & efficient deal when travelling from airport Eindhoven to your (holiday/work-) destination. We arrived the evening before, could sleep long, had a nice breakfast, & where dropped off at the airport all fresh & shiny. A great way to start your holiday! Beside that, Novotel is always a good idea for your holiday too - we are frequently users of the group, you know what you book, the quality is guaranteed & we are always delighted by the service!

Overall good. Breakfast is basic but good. Location is slightly far away from centre around 20mins by car. Depends on were you're going. Very very close to airport 10min walk. If parking of own car is not at an extra payment that would be good.

The location is close to the airport, the staff is very professional and helpful. The rooms are a bit "old" from design point of view, but everything worked well. The breakfast was fine, the restaurant was good as well, the prices were not extreme high. I recommend the place for stay, If you need to be close to airport and Philips campus.
