Old property, needs upgrading

Clean hotel, comfortable beds, helpful staff, but very old property that needs upgrading. Good connections to public transportation, but be aware that there is a huge construction project right in front of the hotel and it will not finish until mid 2025.

However, we regret that the condition of your room and the bathroom did not meet your expectations. We continuously work on maintaining and updating our hotel, as evidenced by the recent renovation of our Executive and Superior rooms. We are committed to improving our guest experience and appreciate your feedback on this matter. We also understand that the nearby construction may have caused some inconvenience, however it is an important project of the City of Nice to construct a Green Lane that comes to our Hotel through all the city and we are thrilled to see the result very soon ! We had a lovely 4 night stay here. It is very conveniently located on the tram line at Palais des Expositions. We did feel there wasn't a ton of restaurants or things to do in the area of the hotel but the accessibility of the tram line made traveling to sights very easy. The hotel was super clean and well equipped. I would definitely recommend staying here for a trip to Nice.

The air con just blew out hot air and room was so hot couldn’t sleep properly

disappointing

the carpet had blood stains on it, the bed and doors were squeaky. if the bed is harder to fix, the doors can be easily oiled, so there's no excuse. the shower was overflowing and we had no soap for the last three days of our stay. the breakfast was quite bare, i'd have payed some extra euro for a better selection. on a different note, the restaurant staff was friendly and accommodating. all in all, the hotel doesn't really cut the 4 star mark. it's an average 3 star hotel at most.
