Basic and boring

The food is poor and expensive and nearly all of the breakfast items were cold. The hotel itself has nothing in terms of entertainment and even the TV only has basic channels, whilst in the bar anything worth watching cannot be heard due to the music which is poor taste as well. The only positive I can give is the rooms are clean. I won’t be stopping here again due to the poor quality of the food and rudeness of the bar staff.

Stayed with the family and got the two room deal, my son was v happy to get his own room! Rooms clean and comfortable. Generous check out times and good breakfast. Nice bar area and restaurant area. Staff helpful. Overall great!

The hotel was clean and tidy. The staff were really friendly & helpful and it made the experience all the more pleasant. The lifts and staircases were both easy to find. My hotel room was very comfortable, clean, tidy and just a short walk from the train station. Thank you.

I stay regularly at the hotel and some rooms are better than others, on this occasion there was a rug in my room which is odd and when I lifted the rug to see what it was hiding there seemed to be blood spatter stains on the carpet. I didn’t complain because I couldn’t be bothered to re pack and change rooms but this isn’t the first time I’ve had what only can be described as a grotty room. I stay for work so thankfully I’m not paying but if I was, I would be disappointed
