Awesome staff and Location

Coming from a red eye flight and arriving early morning in Seoul, we were tired and lack sleep with a cranky baby. Harry from the front desk was very kind and letting us check-in early and rest before going out in the afternoon for our activity. The room was very nice, the heated toilet seat is one of the best amenities in the room! The smart TV with access to prime and netflix is a plus. The hotel location near the gangnam food street, near shops we want to visit, a few blocks away from the metro and bus station. A convenience store is really near the hotel. One of the best part in staying in Novotel Gangnam is the accessibility to transfer to and fro to the airport, the hotel is the exact bus stop for the KLimousine. The convenience of riding the bus and stops directly at your hotel and brings you to the airport with regular schedule every hour, that beats lugging around your baggage from the metro stations to the bus stops to your hotel.

love the shower and the toilet. comfy bed

It was colder than expected when we arrived late March, the weather was still 7-8 Celcius with strong winds. the warm shower and comfy bed makes the stay very much at home with heated toilet seat and coffe machine in the room, totally love my stay here.

Well located but slow service

At start at check in tye staff had no knowledge and Non ac room was provided, when asked said whole hotel is non ac so cannot help. Later Miss Chole rectified and gave the room which was there on higher floor and ac was there. So the receptionist who check us in was having No knowledge or had done it purposely or something. Rest stay was good .
