This is a wonderful hotel! The first thing we noted was the lovely Parisian architecture with individual balconies and flower boxes. The staff could not have been more welcoming, from the doorman to the breakfast staff. Saber was particularly attentive each morning to help us start our day. Breakfast was an array of fresh and dried fruit, cheeses, meats, pancakes, pastries, yogurts, breads, along with made to order eggs of all types soft boiled to omelette and French toast offered one morning. The concierge was most helpful in restaurant recommendations and securing tickets. We also noted how fluent the front desk staff was in transitioning from one language to another (French to English to Russian) Public area decor was tasteful and comfortable. Lots of banquettes and couches. Rooms were quiet and restful with very comfortable beds, and bathrooms gave a bit of luxury to our stay with plush bathrobes and Balmain products. The location of the hotel in the 16th arrondissement was great, with easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees and the Trocadero. Boissiere metro stop was just a block away, making transportation very convenient. Do not miss the artisan patisserie nearby. We had a lovely stay at the Sofitel Eiffel Tower and would love to stay there again on our next trip to Paris.

I would like to share an appreciation note to Sirine who was of great assistance in the reservation process as well as the checking out process. She demonstrated a great deal of professionalism and customer care practice. Also, I would like to share a big "Thank You" to the Housekeeping team, Concierge Team, Receptionists, and the Restaurant Team of the Breakfast (especially Saber). In fact; all service members in the Hotel spared no effort to make our stay smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. I will only return to this Hotel upon my next visit to Paris. Thank you,

The location is perfect for getting to most of the points of interests in central Paris. Check in was quick and smooth so also the checkout. Rooms are well decorated and stocked. Staff very friendly and courteous.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Eiffel Tower. The staff (Doorman, front desk, etc) was always friendly and inviting. The room was good, but we did have some challenges getting the room cool despite adjusting the thermostat - the room was generally quite warm. The room size was frankly larger than I had expected for Paris. The beds were good quality, very soft. Our shower was a step-in tub, a bit high but manageable. The water pressure was good, but the faucets they have in the shower were a bit finicky, and you had to keep adjusting to get the temperature right. The breakfast was just ok. The room it held was nice, but we found the service to be mixed. If you want coffee and crossiants and fruit, they have you covered. They have options for prepared Eggs, but they were powdered eggs - not the best. The bacon was quite good. Overall a pleasant stay, we would consider staying here again.
