The hotel is well located and the foyer is stylish and welcoming. But the room was underwhelming and tatty in the bathroom. The extra bed was uneven so that made it hard to get to sleep. Friendly and helpful staff, sauna is a good addition. Extra charge for our dog was steep considering how clean we are and much the room needed updating.

We had a very warm welcome with some sweets and fruit in our room. The service was always very friendly. The dinner in the restaurant was excellent especially the service. We had a very nice stay. Gym was well equipped. We will probably come back again.

Very nice hotel, central located in Greenwich. Access to Trains (DLR etc.) directly beside the hotel and you can reach London City within 20 minutes. Extensive breakfast buffet and very polite reception (24/7). Merely rooms a little bit out of time but ok for short trip. All in all definitely a strong recommendation and we will come back for our next London trip.
