Great Budapest city center hotel

Pretty nice hotel, old building with modern interior but with small details of luxury from previous times (palace type), great employees, excellent breakfast in elegant atmosphere, spacious room, good facilities. I was just disappointment to not have balcony (only rooms on 1st floor were without) since was quite difficult to have fresh air in the room (not enough opening windows).

Great location, comfortable sleep, great quality hotel

Great quality hotel in a central area. Staff is lovely and helpful and the modern renovated upgraded rooms are comfortable and well insulated to reduce the traffic noise. Could be improved by providing some anemities in the bathroom eg dental kit, shower cap etc.

The hotel was clean and centrally located with plenty of choice of restaurants and bars within a walking distance. Staff were very helpful, friendly and always greeted us well. The only issue we had with the room was the AC did not blow cool air into the room and with daytime temperatures reaching 27 degrees it was very hot in the room in the nights, unable to cool it down.
