Incredible team!!

Karima and her team were unbelievably kind and thoughtful to us on a particularly stressful day (we lost our car keys!). They truly looked after us, giving us materials to make a sign and holding the kitchen open late. Cannot rate them highly enough. Thank you!!

Thank you for your wonderful Feedback I am delighted we could take some of the strain on such a stressful day. Karima will be delighted to receive a personal mention. We look forward to welcoming you back soon.

The room, 209 was small for the price and there were some maintenance issues that should have been picked up prior to my stay. Staff were very friendly and courteous. The bar lacked a lot of stock following a wedding at the weekend. Breakfast was nice but buffet only for hot breakfast on my second mornings stay

Thank you for your feedback, it is much appreciated

Only 1 bath and 1 hand towel in bathroom. No bath mat and soap dispensers so high I couldn't reach them. On arrival we were told that breakfast was served until 11am in Sundays. We arrived in the dining room at 10.20am, and were told that we had "just made it." Staff member didn't look happy, insisting that breakfast was only served until 10 30am. Dirty knife on table. Breakfast offering below par for a staggering £16 each. All in all, the accommodation was over priced, I wasn't happy paying for parking at a rural hotel and wouldn't stay there again.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, I am sorry your experience was not as we would have liked it to be. Each bedroom has an additional set of towels in the wardrobe, our Privilege rooms have the addition of bathrobes and slippers. I apologies for the confusion over breakfast hours, I can confirm breakfast is served 6:30am to 10 am Monday to Friday and 7am to 11am Saturday and Sunday. When hotel residents add breakfast to their room only rate the charge is £14, for this guests can choose hot items from the menu or the buffet which also consists of muffins, pastries, croissants, crumpets, sourdough bread, three types of yoghurt, four types of sliced fruits, two local cheese, local Honey, jams, spreads, fruits juices, tea and coffee. I feel this is bountiful and represents excellent value for money. The car park is a facility owned and operated by third parties, guests who book direct enjoy complimentary parking. Once again I am sorry your stay was not as enjoyable as it could have been on this occasion.

We just had a family event here and wow everything from check in to check out was amazing. The rooms are impeccably clean, staff are so welcoming and polite and very attentive to your needs. Manni did an amazing job with his service team and our guests were very impressed. William the general manager was overseeing ever detail and really made sure our day was perfect, we really can't thank the whole team enough for such and amazing experience , we will certainly return and highly recommend for any special occasion.
