I stay here all the time. Problems are rare but when they do ocassionally crop up, the staff are always so happy to help. I think its the best budget hotel in this "ugly lovely town" (Dylan Thomas) by far. Thanks to Kate and her team for always making my stay so nice

Very very dated hotel w a receptionist who does not know how to greet guests or anything about hospitality. Check out the pics. No proper mattress. Dusty. Linoleum floor in a hotel room? The toilet door lock is?? Feels like a prison cell;( Too bad I came all the way here for this dump and paid;(
