Room servicing not great. Did not replenish tissues or coffee… TV was out of order. Not what you’d expect from Novotel

We come here every year for our anniversary as not many hotels allow Kids to use the pool or pets to stay too so it’s a nice little stay for us which we have done the same time for 4 years now and will be returning again next year - a little note to management, some small repairs need to be done but every clean and comfortable stay with all staff polite and accommodating thank you for everything see you again next year

A great place to stay and easy to get into central London.

We had a lovely time in this hotel recently. We are a family of 3 with a little boy of 6. We all enjoyed using the pool and had a great (of not a little pricy) vegan breakfast. We are there in the evening a couple of times and the food was great. The hotel is down the road from South Ealing Station on the Piccadilly Line. It’s about 15 mins walk. Really easy to get into London. We would recommend it.
