It was a really nice stay here and we even used spa. We were greeted and given a room by Pradyuman. Overall it was a great experience.

Stay was comfortable. Thanks to Deeps for upgrading our room, and Amarinder, the management trainee, for the smooth check in process. I would also like to thanks all the other staffs for making sure our stay was comfortable. Food was good, and the options were great.

This was my first experience of getting a spa treatment and it was a complete joy.Durki was my masseuse and she absolutely made the experience beyond enjoyable,she was sure to explain every step of the massage and was an absolute pleasure to spend 90 mins of pampering!!!I appreciate the staff communicating with me.HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

The staff is very friendly and tries to anticipate your wishes. The food is very good and there is a very large selection. The hotel is very clean, but if you look in detail, there are a few small things, for example the climate control only works on and off and doesn't increase to different levels, or the wardrobe doors could be better aligned, or something similar... but the positive impression still outweighs the negative.
