We had a wonderful experience at Sofitel! Great environment, friendly staff, awesome food - overall perfect! Our concierge Misha was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable. He gave us a bunch of helpful tips on the best ways to explore the city, practically took care of our entire tourist attraction itinerary and set us up for a wonderful birthday dinner for my brother! We are very grateful for the experience and definitely coming back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel, which boasts excellent maintenance and a professional, friendly staff. Gabriel, in particular, was exceedingly helpful and pleasant. The rooms were immaculate with a thoughtful details, and the location was outstanding. However, we do have a suggestion for improvement. The breakfast area would benefit from a quieter atmosphere. On two occasions, our experience was marred by a loud and inconsiderate group. We believe the hotel should implement measures to ensure all guests can enjoy a peaceful meal, perhaps by addressing disruptive behavior more directly and professionally.

Coolest hotel ever

Wow! The instant you walk up the hotel is impressive. Every inch designed for cool photo opps and sweet vibes. The rooftop pool is so hip, breakfast is delicious (must try the lemon curd croissant!) and the staff all helpful. Couldn't recommend this hotel more!

Comfortable room, very friendly and helpful personnel (reception, conciërge, doorman, cleaning personnel, restaurant,....). We had one of our best meals in TENDIEZ. The hotel is service oriented which is rare these days. Swimming pool on roof top is top!
