I had booked for 2 nights but had an emergency and had to leave Lodz after 1 night. I was not offered anything. I was very disappointed as I always stay in ACCRO hotels when I visit Europe. Maybe that will change now.

Overall the stay was good , quality of breakfast was great and so was the service but my Executive suite had a weird wavy looking chair to which i hoped shluld have been a table and chairs for any small conference

Disappointed with the view on some technical parts of the hotel directly in front of the window matting it unable to see anything else
