Doesn't meet service standards as expected. Though communication is a problem, the staff needs to be trained & motivated

Though the location is good. The service was far below the experience expected from a star hotel. The staff don't even respond when you wish them sometimes. The expectation is that they wish every guest though! The staff needs to be trained and motivated to serve guests properly. Doesn't meet the expectations. it's not value for money. The rooms are too small and highly-priced.

The wifi connection in the room was poor, it was mainly hard to work. I reported it, but obviously nothing could be done. Internet should be one of the priorities nowadays. My colleague had major problems with gluten free meals. It seemed that the staff really do not understand what it means at all; about danger of contamination etc. Suggest to organiza good trainings, as it is not just a request, but health issue. At earle check out 6.30 I requested a breakfast box. When leaving it occured that "the kitchen did not bring the box yet, could you have breakfast in ther restaurant?" No, I could not because the car was already waiting. Poor service at that moment.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Novotel Hotel during my visit to the beautiful city of Almaty. From its unbeatable location to its historic significance, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel's location couldn't be better. Situated in the heart of the city, it offers easy access to the cable car and iconic landmarks such as the Palace of Independence. Being able to step out of the hotel and explore the city's treasures within minutes was a huge plus for me. One of the highlights of my stay was the variety of dining options available. From local delicacies to international cuisine, the restaurants around the hotel catered to every palate. Overall, my experience at Novotel Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of its prime location, and excellent dining options made it a memorable stay. Not For Me But Maybe For Others

Refrigerator not cold, electric outlet 110 not available, tiny TV screen, lack of English channels, cnn only showed sports racing. Small lounge. The boutique energy saving concept was not for me, especially if the saving concept does not imply lower cost savings to the consumers since the hotel price I paid was very high above.$150 per night.
