It was business trip with my wife, extremely well behaved staff, my only issue was I have to request on of the staff in reception to get access to basement parking lift. If it was for 1 or 2 days I would have ignored but for 7 continuous days multiple time when I had to go out same issue. I understand the concern for doing this but still I think there can be a better way.

Under the budget best place to stay. Close to New Town with no rush at all. I have my office in New Town area. The cab facility of hotel was cherry on the top for me. ROOMS were clean everyday during my stay of 7 days total. Ambient lights in the room and staff is too friendly and co-operative.... I've closen my stay for next visit.... Another thing I saw is, staff is so gentle they have one member who is unable to speak, though he is doing stuff like filling bottles and picking things up but staff has learned a little bit sign language for him. Appreciated!!! See you soon Ibis Kolkata.....
