The carpet was badly stained. The furniture was in need of replacing, taps in bathroom rusty. Felt very grotty. Paid over $200 for the room, felt ripped off

We are currently in the middle of getting the carpets cleaned. Unfortunately, we have not been able to get to all rooms as of yet due to be being fully booked most nights. We are sorry about this. Friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms, comfortable beds. Well situated within the Echuca surrounds and walking distance to all main areas. Extremely satisfied customer who will return.

A hotel room should at minimum have a good shower, and when I say good shower, I mean something a little more than trickling. You know what I mean. For that reason alone, I wish I could give a minus 10. I do not care about anything else that the room has to offer (not that there is anything special). It is an absolute disaster of a place.
