The Novotel Soi 20 is one of the friendliest places I have stayed. The staff cannot do enough for you. Big thanks to Miss Jam at reception for great advice on how to navigate around busy Bangkok - including tips on where to shop and find amazing Thai food. The room was very comfortable and the pool party they put on for guests was a lot of fun. Perfect location just off Sukhumvit Road with easy access to everything.

I always stay at the Airport Novotel when passing through Bangkok. When I want a no hassle early start for a flight then I need to be able to forget about the stress of trying to get to the airport from downtown. But for that to be a useful strategy, the hotel at / near the airport has to be a good one! Fortunately the Novotel easily fits the bill. Fantastic, helpful, warm and pleasant staff are to be found in every outlet, on every doorway, at every desk. A reflection of the great people-management at this hotel and as you would expect from Accor group hotels actually... no matter what level. But Novotel Suvarnabhumi has been exceptionally, consistently good over the 5 years I have been staying there. Need a truly great overnighter?... Novotel Suvarnabhumi is a "no brainer" choice.

As an Accor Plus Platinum member, I was very pleased with my experience at Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20. The room upgrade was appreciated, and the spacious suite made my stay extra comfortable. The staff was familiar with the Platinum benefits and made sure I felt valued. I enjoyed the welcome drink, and the daily breakfast buffet had a fantastic spread. The hotel's location couldn't be better for exploring the city, especially with the Skytrain so close. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for Accor Plus Platinum members looking to maximize their membership benefits while enjoying Bangkok.
