Hotel location is very nice in a peaceful location but still close by the Bus and MRT . They also have free shuttle for going to MRT . We were lucky as the staff was very helpful. Deepika at the front desk helped us with early check-in and upgraded Our room . Room is spacious and bathroom is also spacious. Breakfast spread is lovely , lots of options . Even Indian food . Pool area is perfect size they also had a kids pool where my kid played a lot . Thank you for the hospitality.

I stayed at Novotel for a business trip with my colleague. We had a really nice experience here. There are many restaurants and bars around hotel complex, you can even find 7 eleven nearby. It is very efficient for our business activities.
