Very cold and plastic staff . Except Maia everyone else were very poor in hospitality, they worked like machines no emotion no smile . Language in the restaurant was an Issue , they were finding it difficult to comprehend what we were asking for. Very average hotel at a good location, though rooms were pretty standard. I would look for better properties next time .

Great for family, and good location. We had a perfect two night stay, on our way home to Denmark. Our kids were very tired, and they were short staffed when we checked in at night, and they didn’t have the staff to bring food to our room, but offered instantly to call our room when the food was ready and I went to take it up to our room. Very friendly staff, that will do all they can to help the guests! If we come back to Cologne, we will be happy to be back! 🙏

It was excellent, but the lack of atmosphere/ambience gives it no 'umpf'. Nice and clean room, good beds and duvets, crappy pillows, big tv, nice coffeemachine. Cannot rate this properly, but help at desk was quick, functional and pleasent. Perfect location, 15min walk to Dom. Very very excellent breakfast!! So much choice and good food! Cannot rate this, did not go to the bar. Atmosphere was fine, not special, clean and quick help at the desk. Interior is clean and well looked after, but a bit outdated and a mix of styles and materials. It would benefit big time from a redesign/upgrade with a concept!
