As mentioned above, I had a very good stay. The service was good except few issues like the elevator which was not working well, and my soap was finished while in the shower, I'm sure it was the same soap used by another client and the container was not full.

Regular Power cuts, Requested for rooms with views on the lac + Golf but never got those etc....

However, we unfortunately do not have any rooms with a view of the golf course. Very average hotel, very average food. It is the most expensive I have ever witnessed. Definitely not 5 star, 3 star at very best.

Lack of airport shuttle and in-house concierge service was a big negative for me.
