Convenient to airport

Rooms are large but well worn and a bit dated. The bed was comfortable and it is an easy walk to the airport. The bathroom was small but functional with a walk in shower. The a la carte breakfast was good. The pool was closed when I was there, but you can use the pool at the Mercure. I found the rooms here to be larger than the Mercure. Wifi was free and fast. All in all a reasonable option if you need to be close to the airport.

I was extremely disappointed with having reservations taking funds from my debit card to pay for my daughter’s accommodation without my authority. Her accommodation was booked by NDIS and paid for. This had damaged my overall creasing rating with my bank.

We have followed up multiple times to verify this, but unfortunately, we did not receive confirmation from the appropriate parties. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. In the future, we will continue to improve our processes to ensure better communication and avoid similar issues. Arrived in the evening and had an early morning flight. Was very convenient location, shuttle bus to terminal was arranged in the morning. Good options for meals.
