Wonderful views and fabulous food

We were travelling from the UK on a road trip around Eastern Canada.This is a wonderful hotel, great customer service. We loved the location of the hotel near the bottom of the ski slopes. We had a great view from our window and loved the outdoor pool.We enjoyed fatuous cocktails and a great restaurant meal, one of the holidays' highlights. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a relaxing experience.

We stayed on the 7th floor in one of the Fairmont "Gold" rooms. The room was clean, pleasant and well fitted. The staff was friendly and helpful. As someone who is often referred to as a food snob, I can say with confidence the the breakfast and "canapés" provided were excellent, compliments to the chef! To complete or experience, our concierge, Claire, was extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend. We also enjoyed the hotel amenities including the pool and hot tub, ski valet service, & acres ski on the patio.
