I have stayed at this hotel many times. Each time has been excellent. Everything from the bellman greeting you on the lower level to check out was perfect. The bellman and check-in staff were very helpful and courteous. when I opened the door to the room, soft music was playing which was very welcome after a long day of travelling. The Jetside bar has a relaxed atmosphere and live music nightly. The staff were friendly and helpful. I call this place "Home" when I travel through Vancouver.

We had an early flight so we decided to stay at the Fairmont the night before! We had a runway view and our 6-year old was pumped that he had a robe waiting for him in the room! We also visited the lounge for appies and wine, and the service and food was exceptional.

Our 1 night overnight in transit to a cruise was a great experience. Location is good but a long walk from domestic carousels. Room was perfect. Food, drink and service in the bar lounge was A1. Price point was reasonable for this upscale hotel. Very convenient to have taxi called from hotel to cruise terminal. we will stay again if an itinerary allows. 10 stars

As usual, the Fairmont Gold experience was wonderful. They welcomed us personally, and were very helpful for all of our requests. This is the best hotel stay this year (5+ different hotels S. far). In particular, they were welcoming to our daughter, had excellent food (both in the lounge and in room), and the bed was very comfortable. I would have to say the concierge at the Gold desk was wonderful and made the whole "Fairmont Gold" experience worthwhile.

Love staying at the Fairmont in the Vancouver Airport. it is always a great way to start our vacation. The rooms are very nice and super comfortable and makes even the first day of our travels feel special!
