Stayed one night before our tour began. At $550 for just one night, Was overcharged--twice their customary rate. And it didn't even include breakfast!! To make matters worse, housekeeping never showed up and cleaned our room the first day. The hotel insisted that I had put out a sign saying I didn't want the room cleaned, which is absolutely NOT true. I've noticed from reading other reviews for this hotel on Tripadvisor that we are not the only guests that the hotel has pulled this with. Also noticed that the curtains in our room were stained. Would never recommend this hotel

Location is nice, in the centre of the city. But very poor service, rooms are due of maintenance and staff are not friendly at all. Didn’t recognise my Accor Diamond status even thought I’ve talked to the Manager Mr Andrea but noting change. There are many options around an a much better price.

Most things were fine. However, you need a much more robust online network. My phone didn’t have internet when I was there because the network was not secure.

I have booked 2 suites for me and my family. On the day of arrival only 1 room was ready by 3 pm the room was located on the 5th floor so I waited with my family. The room was newly renovated. After almost 1 hour my room was ready with my disappointment the room was not on the same floor but the first floor, completely different obviously not renovated no plugs on the bedside tables and no mirror in the room. Old couch and not clean I had to call to have the floor cleaned. I have highlighted at the front desk that it’s not client friendly to select 2 different rooms for the same group of guest as the comparison is obvious and that I would have liked to be on the 5th floor as my family. The lady at the front desk has not managed my complaint she just said to try to ask again tomorrow. Again the hotel is in a great location but the experience was not at the level

Location is nice,but some rooms need to take steps and to haul your luggage is an issue, especially if you check in late in the night

Had room 241 and was rather difficult to haul the luggage. There was a lady at front desk and bell service to bring the luggage. That area is very inconvenient for elderly people to access.
