Motel, not hotel. The noise was so loud.

Bed was comfortable and room was clean. However, the noise due to the restaurant downstairs was so loud. It was so loud we could not sleep. You also get all the noise from the foot traffic to and from the restaurant. We paid $280 for the night which I feel isn’t worth what we received.

Relaxed and fun weekend away. The breakfast at the RSL was very good. Mercure was in a great spot to walk to everywhere.

The Starr (Jen, Luke etc - sorry I cant remember everyones names) were exceptional particularly Jen who organised accommodation at late notice and Luke for the Microwave :-) It is always a pleasure staying here and nothing is a problem Please ensure everyone including the house cleaners are recognised for the level of service

On finding my room had an issue with the lighting I was immediately found another room suitable for our stay on what was a very busy day for staff and the motel.
