We enjoyed the stay, and the morning breakfast before we left and could meet with friends was nice. We figured out soon enough the ramp locations to get up to the wharf/train station so to get a bite that evening. Reminding people of that when checking in would we welcome.

Arrived quite early at 1100 am and the early check-in was denied which is understandable due to check-in policy. However, the receptionist should have been more hospitable and assuring the guests that they will at least try to give a room early as possible than sticking to 1500hrs check-in policy. Moreover, she was trying to upsell to an executive suite for an additional price. After 3 hours we came back to the hotel at 4pm and no luggage assistance was provided. Instead, the tour desk person who was wearing a red jacket assisted me to offer my bags. I was taken to the back of the hotel premises at the parking lot to find my bags. Unacceptable.! However, the room was spacious and amazing and we had a wonderful stay.
