Awful stay, rooms to hot and so noisy!

Dreadful stay. Check in as fine, staff friendly. However the rooms were very hot, so needed to open windows, if you do this the noise is dreadful and it goes on all night. We stayed mid week and it was like been in a nightclub, then the deliveries start, the bells keep chiming. No sleep had at all. If you close the windows the noise disappears but the heat is unbearable. Would not stay here again.

Having been told that the bar was open 24/7, disappointing that arriving back at hotel approx 0015 Friday morning to find it shut, however night reception staff did sell us bottles to take back to room. Disappointing that there is no shower gel in the shower only shampoo.
