Friendly and attentive staff members

I had stayed at the hotel as I had meetings in the area this trip. Very appreciative of the room upgrade. The staff members seemed to be very experienced, friendly and attentive (despite noticing several large groups staying at the hotel). Whilst the building and room seemed to be quite old, the entire hotel was clean and did not have any 'musty' smell. Was suprised that there wasn't a wall power socket nearer to the bedside. That would have allowed me to charge my phone while having it within reach. I usually like to entertain at the hotel bar, unfortunately the bar was quite subdued and felt a bit old (this could be subjective as I had expected a bar that was livelier). Very happy with the thoughtful welcome drinks and snacks too! Overall, the hotel's staff members attentiveness was what made the stay comfortable.

One of the better chain hotels in Bangna area, certain parts of the hotel might need some improvements though.

The staff here are welcoming and attentive. There is a Kid's Room, a fitness room, and a swimming pool floor. It's a very beautiful view. There is a meeting room available. This hotel is located near the sky train station, yellow line just walk only 15 minutes from hotel. The breakfast is very delicious. The room is tidy and clean. The Chinese restaurant cooked very delicious Yangzhou fried rice. We will come back again soon
