Lovely hotel, great location

The hotel was in a convenient location...albeit on a hill. The staff were lovely. We did not have breakfast as it was expensive. The room had everything we needed and was a good size although long and thin- to facilitate views of the lake I would guess. We had a small problem with something not working in the room and the hotel fixed it immediately. I really liked the way the hotel is trying to take action to support the environment. Parking was available under the hotel but it was a bit tight!

Stunning views

I chose Hotel St Moritz as it is part of the Accor group. The staff were very accomodating and polite. The views from the resturant were amazing, the rooms spacious and clean. I just had the driveway view which was disappointing but in saying that, I wasnt in my room that much anyway.

Absolute bliss

After our flight to Auckland was cancelled due to weather we called the hotel to book a room - it was a huge relief there was a room and it was exquisite - garden view, welcoming surrounds, impeccable furnishings and interior design - my angst at our flight cancellation quickly dissipated. The staff were professional and courteous - our meal in the bar was very tasty. We retired to our room and were sad we were to only spent one night at Hotel St Moritz.
