Overnight stay for a night out in Parramatta. Check in was great, very attentive and knowledgeable staff member. Awareness of Accor Plus program and efforts made to acknowledge membership. Room clean and tidy, bathroom could have some upgrading, but overall pleasant stay, just a shame we didn't have longer to utilise the pool area. Good breakfast and parking easy.

Honestly it’s not a place I would stay at again. You often hear about people staying at mercure and I thought the name would be safe. There was no one at the desk to greet me at check in and I had to yell out for someone to be served. Uniform was unkept and service desk messy. Key Cards didn’t work in the lift and the room had a musty smell. The bed was comfortable but complimentary tea and coffee hadn’t been restocked properly with Half open packets. Breakfast was woeful with dirty tables, and flavourless foods.

Room was good as was the location. Supermarket opposite was handy with some food places as well
