Uncomfortable/ sunken mattress. Dated hotel decor /room.

Nothing good to say about the hotel other than the location that is beside (5mins walk) a Big Department Store and subway station. Had a very uncomfortable 4 nights stay as the mattress in the room had sunken and lets out creaking sounds. On our last night of stay, there was a problem with the electrical supply for the entire building. The electrical supply for our room kept shutting down 6-8 times within an 1hour period (Duration of about 5-10 mins each time) leaving us in pitch dark conditions. We were unable to contact the front desk to check as the phone was also out of order. No even a single apology from the hotel. Housekeeping is not up to standard. Qty of Towels were not given in accordance to number of occupants in the room. Bathrobes that were used were not replaced. Had to call numerous times to get them to replace new bathrobes/ towels. Tried to get hold of a weighing scale from the hotel but were informed that they do not have this common item in the hotel.
