Hotel is located near Wan Chai station with lots of food options around. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and approachable, especially the Front office lady who checked us in (sorry I can't remember her name).

Good location, good service overall. Decent facility (expected with the hotel’s age I guess). Only thing needs real improvement is the mattress. It’s a little old and sinks in the middle a little too much, so not the easiest on the lower back.

Did not get the room upgrade for Gold Member. Did not get a welcome drink voucher and I had to use my App and show the waiter at the bar, The waiter did not use the App to click redeem and just asked me to write down the booking and room number
