Hotel in a great place, but Mercure really they don´t care for the guest

I want to pay my hotel cash. Something simple. I had a 500 euros note to pay something like 200 euros. They dont accept. I need to say that 500 euros is still a good money and it is not that high. I advise before that I would like They said that the manager said no. Only that. something simple for a hotel. I had to go in the bank to change the note. This is not my task.

Having stayed here before we were well aware of the excellent location of this hotel. The views from superior rooms of the Porta Nigea are amazing. We decided to return, this time with our children, and had a lovely stay at the hotel. Our Privilege room was wel-lappointed and comfortable. The facility of a fridge was appreciated as we're the free daily drinks and snacks. The hotel staff were very accommodating amd helpful. Would not hesitate to return.

The staff are quite friendly, the location is amazing, you can really enjoy the view from the window with a cup of coffee.
