Really BAD hotel AVOID , looks great in pictures , but it’s not ! The windows in EVERY hotel room do NOT open , the air conditioning is VERY poor , the gym is really small with several pieces of equipment missing , the restaurant has very limited vegan /vegetarian food . The reception staff are not the best . The only good thing about this hotel is the breakfast, the breakfast staff are lovely , apart from the manager with suit /jeans glasses on , he’s not so great . My advice . Look at hotel lido down the road , lovely hotel , nice food , good gym , lovely staff .

Unfortunate hospitality, I’ve been at around 500 hotels the last 30 years in my profession and this one is for sure the worst. The hotel as such is very much ok but, the staff, I’ve never met so ignorant/arrogant people in my life working in a hotel. Check in is normally around 3pm but when arriving they simply tell you the room is not ready. This is after 3pm and that would have been ok BUT the attitude, mamamia, arrogance DELUXE. It seems they dont give a **** when the room is ready. A simple smile would help out a lot but no. After approaching the front desk kindly 2 times in an hour I gave up. I simply sat in the bar until a bartender kindly told me tge room is ready. Again, rooms are nice and the surroundings lovely BUT, l’ll avoud this hotel until the front desk staf has been replaced

I know it will sound snobbish but even though the hotel is situated in the city center and it’s clean, the windows are fixed so that you could not open it, you could connect your electronic devices on one side of the bed and on the opposite side of the room far to the bed. Breakfast is served starting 7 o’clock in the morning so if you have a flight in the morning, also, it will be impossible to eat because you have to consider the morning traffic that will take you 30 or 40 minutes to exit city center. No flexibility whatsoever for a breakfast box, for example not even for a coffee. Furniture is old as Moses reception people are slower than snails. I’m sorry to say that, but it’s the last time that I will go there
