I had a wonderful stay here whilst over in Adelaide for work and the gather round. The location was superb and a close walk to Hindley st and Rundle mall. The staff were super friendly and accomodating and a credit to their company. The rooms were super quiet and very comfortable. We even had complimentary snacks for the gather round. I'll be staying here next time I am in Adelaide for sure.

We stayed here for Gather Round weekend. The hotel is in a perfect location to go to footy and the festival. Only 15 minute walk to the games when busy. Heaps of convenience stores and restaurants around too.

Well located and great staff, but facilities lacking

The location is amazing, and is the best thing about the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The room itself was not great, considering how much we paid. The shower leaked, the TV was ancient and didn't have all the free to air channels. The cleaners only did a thorough clean on 1 of the 3 days our room was serviced. The price we were charged for this quality of room was ridiculous.

Location was great. Room was disappointing. We have stayed here many times and rooms are usually fine but this time the room had an awkward layout and felt like a cyclone shelter. Breakfast was also disappointing and not worth the money. Standards definitely slipped since our last visit.
