I love to come back and stay at novotel again everytime i visit kuala lumpur. The location is the best with just 5 min walk to pavilion, it is so convinient. But during my trip this time i did realise that that your housekeeping staff didnt clean the floor of the room everytime they come in for a clean up, because my kids drop some things that is obviously rubbish but it wasnt cleaned up and the next day i put a paper on the floor and the paper stay where it was and didnt get moved even an inch, and it goes on for 5 nights. When i come and stay last year it wasnt like that so i hope it will get noticed as i already told your front office about this matter too during my check out time. Other than that this hotel is my favourite hotel for my kualalumpur visit.
