Well positioned in walking distance to the esplanade, shops, eateries and marina. Staff are always friendly and professional and go above and beyond to make your stay special. Rooms are an excellent size with well appointed amenities, large bathroom, pod coffee machine, and an awesome pillow selection.

My stay has been pleasant and very good. Even before we came to Australia, Pullman Concierge Jessie was so kind enough to guide us through our sim card delivery. Even during our stay she helped us get our 1 day car rental and found relevant travel info for us. It made our stay and lives easy. Our rooms were very clean throughout the stay and we got great service. Hotel is beautiful and very clean. Definitely a must and convenient place to stay in Cairns.
