Lots of people lined up, only two check-in staff, no fan above the checkin line, stood in line sweating for 45mins after a late night flight. Early checkin and Express checkin is worthless as you still have to line up to get your key. Staff did their best but were overwhelmed.

The location of the hotel suited my recent trip but unfortunately the room wasn’t to a standard that I would’ve expected. The bathroom was the major letdown with the showerhead leaking water everywhere and water pressure bitterly disappointing. Although I will continue to stay at this premises for further business opportunities, I was very disappointed as to my recent stay and the quality of the bathroom.

I do not like the new rules about paying for carparking when staying in the motel. I have been staying at the motel for a number of years, and now have health issues with my knees so am unable to walk any distance so need to park close to my room.
