Extremely disappointed

My overall experience with this hotel was extremely bad. There was no working ac in the room. I was told they haven’t switched from winter to summer system yet. The water didn’t warm up and couldn’t shower. One of the beds was broken or leaned towards one side. The phone wasn’t working unless you speaker dial. We were switched to the other room. However the quality of the hotel is not what I expected from the brand. I will not stay with this hotel chain again.

Staff were quick to check me in early. Always an enjoyable stay there when we go.

All was well, but disappointed the dry sauna wouldn’t heat up.

Stayed for a night with my kids. Clean, simple rooms and good service. Pool was fun to splash around in but was bummed when we discovered that the dry sauna we were so looking forward to wouldn’t heat up.

From the moment I arrived it was a pleasant experience up until I left. The staff were great and courteous, although I wish they had better knowledge on restaurant recommendations. Everything else was great! Their food is pretty good and their drinks are amazing.
