Loved the whole experience-absolutely delightful staff and great food and great location So close to all shops and cafes and water. Kate,Susanty,Sydneyand Jhen all amazing All the staff in the restaurant were just delightful/ will definitely be back.

The hotel is well maintained, neat, functional though small rooms, great indoor swimming pool with great sauna. Buffet breakfast is disappointing for a 4 stars hotel. Restaurant staff in the evening struggled to cope with demand: slow service and plates arrived cold on the table, fitting with small appetite (even though good)

Terribly designed space. I spent a lot of time walking the hallways with other guests to find our rooms - so many corners and turns and terrible signage. Had my curtains drawn the entire time as I faced the wall of another building. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff were accommodating.

Staff were very friendly & helpful. Food at the restaurant catered for my strict vegetarian diet. Rooms were well serviced & kept cleaned. Guest laundry was very handy! Only draw back was the internet was not working but wasn't a big issue for me as I had my mobile. But I loved my room was at the end & had a great view!
