Terrible experience. Avoid the property!

Positive things: location and restaurant staff. Negative: mostly everything in the room/bathroom was either broken and/or dirty. Needs desperately a renew and a very decent cleaning and maintenance. I was a loyal client of Mercure/Accor hotels, but this is stay made me really reconsider this.

Worst experience ever. We booked and paid for the suites days in advance, but upon arrival we were forced to stay in the standard rooms because all suites been sold to walk in customers at much higher rates!! No credibility at all! Never come again!!

At check out the printer was apparently not working such that I was not given a detailed invoice required for my travel expenses. I was promised that a detailed email would follow within 24 hours with my invoice. I never received it despite my sending an email 3 days after returning home requesting that the hotel please send me my final detailed invoice showing all expenses as well as a clear statement that the invoice was paid in full.

The rooms could be improved with a better cable TV system. The TV image wasn't good. And the channels were not the best selection. Besides that, the hotel should offer 1or 2 bottles of water like many other hotels in São Paulo. I didn't find clothing bags for laundry too. At the end, without any consumption of the service room or minibar, at the checkout the attendant was trying to charge me something I didn't take. I had to raise my voice a little to clarify it was a mistake. And the worst part: I didn't receive my receipt and they refuse to give me a receipt draft to start my reimbursement. The overall experience was below my expectations. I would not book it again for a while.
