The buffer is horrible

The room is without air conditioning so I try to open the window. However it is super noisy outside. The buffer breakfast is in the mess as we turn up like 8am. The restaurant is full of people and I cannot get a table. Then I have to queue up for 10 mins for a coffee and another few mins for the food. I was told by the staff that there are too many groups of tourists so we better avoid going to the restaurant between 6:30-8:30 am.

Convenient for airport but lacks cleanliness

Being an Accor member, we found the overall check in and check out experience to be smooth and the main selling point for this hotel is its almost round the clock free airport shuttle which makes this hotel convenient for early morning flights. However, the reason we will never stay here again was because we found the room to be unhygienic with the washroom taps still having toothpaste stuck to it and other stains around the place which suggested that there was a lack of care in keeping the place clean.
