We stayed in this hotel for a few nights when visiting Zurich. The over all experience in Zurich was great, Switzerland is a beautiful country and the people are the most friendliest I ve come across in Europe I was very disappointed with the hotel, having worked in Hotels I know when I see poor maintenance. The room was dated, with a TV from the 80's (not a problem when your out all day, but when you want a bit of TV for the Kids, not great) The bathroom was dirty, the grout had plenty of mould and generally looked unhygienic. One of our rooms had a bottle of alcohol broken, as usual the lady in reception disputed this was very unfriendly and unhelpful. I don't think this hotel does justice to beautiful Switzerland.

The hotel is easily accessible from the airport, has a essentials for breakfast with a good coffee selection. The room was of a good size with coffee/tea making facilities.

Rooms cleaning was good, but the corridors conditions was very bad. Food Quality was normal, but no food varieties. Food replenishment was a shame! if a served item did finished you should not expect to be refilled. worst part is Lost and Found, my friend forgot his tracking shoes the month before I arrive, and he mailed the hotel, and they responded back that they will keep it till my reach! i spent almost 4 days to have a respond from the lost and found responsible person "Alessandro", and he informed me that the shoe will be delivered to my room. BUT, after all of these I received a respond from the front desk that they could not find my friend's "Lost and Found" shoe. adding to the above, when you have a telephone in your room that means it have a use, but it seems it is a decorative part only as i tried many times to reach room service or front desk through phone but it is a failure. and i think it the same for the web-based service request as I requested additional items but with response at all! which means to me that it is additional decorative item for the Environmental care program or shall I say non available service items. Overall experience is disappointment.
