The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly. It was centrally located. However, it seems there was a crack between the bathtub and glass wall as some water seeped through and dripped to the bathroom floor when showering. Also there was no conditioner. Finally, the parking garage was under construction so we could not park there. The best option was across the street at Rideau Centre but there was no in-and-out privelege.

Stayed in room 239. I heard everything the neighbour did. Him on the phone, watching TV, going to the bathroom, everything!! It was not even muffled. Everything was clear. Really really sad.
