Very nice hotel with a friendly staff to help, marcus really excellent hotelier ,help me with every request and always with a smile,eventhough there is a language barrier, he's trying his best to accomodate our needs....will definitely come back... keep up the good work

Not worth the money

1 night stay Negatives: We have booked a superior room, upon arrival around 01:00am to check in everything went through without problem. Only i would say please watch out as the receptionist after payment pf 200€ for the room he said i need to pay another 200€ cash for a Deposit. This was a bit weird for me as i spoke with them 2 days before and the “Deposit” was not needed. Also my friend has checked in 1 night before and he didnt have to pay the deposit (same room, same amount of people). After telling this to the man receptionist he then said its ok i dont have to pay the deposit with an angry voice. The room was OK, but the bathroom and toilet were old and not so tidy. Also the weird smell when we switch the hot water in the shower or in the sink was very bad. The breakfast were not bad, but i expected more as the pancakes were COLD as they served them. Positives: Only around 15mins from disneyland and around 30mins from Paria Center. Underground car park

I was waiting at the reception for nearly 30 min with no one was care,at the end they have handed out me a card with room number with no explanation where on which floor or breakfast time basically they don’t care definitely not coming back also when I called to reserve they have told me I can have a discount through Accor register that was avoided when I came also be careful ABOUT SOME SORT OF DEPOSIT THEY ASKING AT THE RECEPTION DONT PAY DEPOSIT AS YOU WOULD NEVER SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN

Great location, RER a short walk away, local shopping centre a short walk away. Lovely hotel, clean, friendly staff, great facilities. Spacious lobby and bar area for a coffee or something stronger in the evening. Stayed several times, always pleasurable.
