We have stayed at Mercure Welcome many times and have always found it great. Unfotunately this last visit was below our usual experience. The room was tiny in spite of ordering the standard of room we always do. The staff were not friendly at check in, check out or when we spoke with staff at breakfast.

I took the liberty to review your previous visits, and I noticed that in December 2023 and August 2023, you booked a Superior Twin room. And in December 2022, you booked a family room, which tends to be larger in size. However in your recent stay, you booked a Standard Room, we regret any inconvenience caused by the room size this time and apologize for the noise disturbances you encountered. We will address your concerns with our team to ensure a more pleasant experience in the future.
