Everything was perfect. It was the best and most memorable hotel stay I’ve ever had in all of my travels.One thing that stood out the most was that we were checked in way much earlier than the regular check in time.I truly will come back in the future.

Great location

Relaxing; the best couple of nights sleep. The hotel is so quiet, despite being in the heart of London. Breakfast can get busy at peak times, the staff work so hard to make sure all guests are well accommodated. The staff in general are exceptional throughout the hotel. The hotel is just down the road from the national gallery and the main shop/theatre district. So close, it wasn’t worth getting on the tube and you get a real feel and experience of being in London. I also felt really safe outside and around the hotel.
